1. Log in to your client portal by clicking Login in the top right.
2. Click Domains in the green bar at the top and then click My Domains
3. Click on the spanner button next to the domain you wish to cancel
4. In the left-hand column under the 'Manage' heading, click the Auto Renew link
5. Click Disable Auto Renew
