Cancelling Your Service Print

1. Login to your client portal by going clicking Login in the top right.

2. Click Services in the green bar at the top and then click My Services 

3. Click on the title of the service you wish to cancel to load the details for that service

4. In the left-hand column under the 'Actions' heading, click the Request Cancellation link

5. In the textbox, enter the reason for cancellation

6. Under the cancellation type, chose either Immediately or End of Billing Period;

  • Cancelling Immediately will terminate the service the following day at 9am
  • Cancelling at the end of your billing period will terminate the service on your next renewal date
