Gravity Forms is a premium plugin which requires a yearly license to be purchased.
If the license expires, Gravity Forms and any Add-Ons will remain on the site and continue to operate however there will be no updates (including bug fixes and security updates). To purchase a license, go to the Gravity Forms website and sign-in/register (see image 1 below).
Once signed-in, purchase the appropriate license – the Basic License is often sufficient for most scenarios. Once purchase, navigate to the downloads section and copy the license key which can then be pasted into the plugin's settings (see image 2 below).
Occasionally there could be issues with the plugin accepting the license key, in which case the plugin software will need to be downloaded and installed again, replacing the current version.
