Enabling Two-factor Authentication Print

This is an article on how to enable Two-factor Authentication on your account, you will need an Authentication App like Google Autneitcation or LastPass Authenticator to complete this process

Note: If you are reading this on or after 1st September, please skip to step X or xx:xx in the screen recording below.

1. Click Account in the top right and then click Login
2. Enter your Email Address and Password and click Login
3. Click on the button with the text   Hello, your name!   in the top right-hand corner
4. Click Security Settings
5. Click the green   Click to Enable   button
6. In the popup, click Get Started and you will be presented with a QR code
7. Open your authentication app on your phone and scan the QR code
8. Enter the 6 digit number on your phone in the box and click Submit
9. All done!
